Automation platform Autom Mate has launched a managed service provider (MSP) edition designed to unify workflows, integrations, and governance as service firms face mounting complexity and cost pressure.
Autom Mate’s new MSP Edition introduces a no-code orchestration layer that connects disparate tools, automates repetitive tasks, and standardizes service delivery across multiple customer environments. The company said the platform supports “zero-touch” provisioning and incident management for multi-tenant operations, helping MSPs reduce labor costs and operational overhead.
The move comes amid an industry-wide shift toward service automation—a model that replaces manual technician work with policy-driven workflows. According to Canalys, nearly 70 percent of MSPs now list automation as a top-three investment priority for 2026 as they struggle with rising personnel costs and talent shortages.
Competitors including ConnectWise, Kaseya, and N-able have added automation capabilities to their RMM (remote monitoring and management) and PSA (professional services automation) tools, but Autom Mate differentiates by offering a vendor-neutral control plane that integrates with existing stacks rather than locking partners into proprietary ecosystems.
This approach fits a broader trend toward orchestration-as-a-service, where MSPs deploy centralized automation platforms that sit above traditional management tools. If successful, Autom Mate could position itself as a modern alternative to legacy RMM software—reducing ticket volume, improving response time, and giving smaller providers enterprise-grade automation without the maintenance burden.
