GoTo Expands MSP Push With New Partner Program

LogMeIn Partner Network adds AI tools, certifications and security features for resellers and service providers.

BOSTON — GoTo on Tuesday launched its LogMeIn Partner Network, a tiered program aimed at IT resellers and managed service providers that ties partner incentives to the company’s remote support and endpoint management platform.

The program includes access to technical certifications, support teams and marketing funds, while also folding AI capabilities into the LogMeIn Resolve and LogMeIn Rescue product lines. GoTo said the network is designed to help partners manage endpoints and apply zero-trust security controls for customers.

This launch follows GoTo’s 2025 hiring of Shattuck, signaling a strategic effort to consolidate its hardware management and communication tools into a single ecosystem. As the remote work landscape stabilizes, software providers are shifting from emergency “quick-fix” tools to long-term “platformization.” This move is a direct attempt to retain market share against competitors like NinjaOne and ConnectWise by locking partners into a structured incentive model.

The move also comes as vendors compete more aggressively for MSP loyalty in a market that is shifting from point tools to broader service platforms. It also underscores how cybersecurity expectations for MSPs continue to rise. Providers that once focused mainly on uptime and troubleshooting are increasingly being asked to deliver security controls, identity protections and operational resilience as part of the core offering.
