GoTo has expanded its LogMeIn Resolve platform with new features aimed at improving how managed service providers manage client devices and deliver secure remote support. The update gives MSPs more control over Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) — the software used to monitor, secure, and manage desktops, laptops, and mobile devices from a single system.
Announced October 15, 2025, the enhancements introduce AI-assisted reporting, dynamic security policy enforcement, and client-facing branding options. New capabilities include natural-language report generation, automated group policy management, and customizable remote-access sessions that reinforce an MSP’s own brand. Resolve also adds end-user remote access, allowing clients to securely connect to work devices without technician involvement.
GoTo said the changes are designed to help MSPs simplify operations and adopt zero-trust security controls, a model that verifies every user and device before granting access.
The update reflects a growing push among service providers to merge remote monitoring, device management, and client experience under a single AI-driven platform — a market projected to exceed $34 billion by 2033.
